Germany Water Dispenser Market Overview
Germany is one of the five largest water dispense markets in Western Europe and among the most advanced anywhere in the shift to plumbed-in supply. Zenith puts the installed base at close to 400,000 units at the end of 2025, covering bottled water dispensers (BWD), point-of-use (POU) coolers and integrated tap systems (ITS).
Growth in 2025 came from the plumbed-in formats. POU grew by more than 5% and integrated tap systems by more than 11%, while the bottled dispenser base eased by more than 1%. Bulk water volume still rose by more than 1%, because the coolers that remain sit on busier sites. The German water cooler market as a whole grew by more than 4%.
Competition is concentrated in bottled dispense and broad in mains-fed. Culligan Germany operates Eden Springs Deutschland, Aqua Vital, Eauvell and Revos. Aquatrade, Avaless, ASB Beuck, Crystal Waters, Aboutwater and Poseidon Watercooler compete across bottled and POU, with BRITA Germany active in integrated taps from a domestic manufacturing base.
The Zenith Germany Water Dispense Report sizes every segment by units, volume and revenue from 2020 to 2030, with company-level shares, channel and vertical splits, and rental and bottle pricing.
