Greece Water Dispenser Market Overview
Greece is among the ten largest water dispense markets in Western Europe and one of the most bottled-dependent. Zenith puts the installed base at more than 125,000 units at the end of 2025, covering bottled water dispensers (BWD), point-of-use (POU) coolers and integrated tap systems (ITS).
2025 was a steady year. The bottled dispenser base grew by less than 1% and bulk water volume by around 3%, POU by more than 1% and integrated tap systems by more than 7%. The Greek water cooler market as a whole grew by less than 1%, with tourism and hospitality demand carrying much of the bottled volume.
Competition is fragmented and rooted in the domestic bottled water industry. Rainbow Waters, now part of Culligan, is the point at which international consolidation entered the market. Zaros-Votomos, Vikos, Hellas Water Supply Group, Emelia, Krystal-Kritis, Nera Kritis and Water Fresh are active in bottled dispense, with Healthy Water and Veluda in POU and Grohe supplying integrated taps.
