BWD, POU and ITS market data - 2020-2025 actuals and forecasts to 2030
Structured data coverage of Sweden's water dispense market — bottled water dispense, point of use and integrated tap systems — delivered as an Excel database plus a charts-and-tables PDF.
Sweden Water Dispenser Market Overview
Sweden is one of the most bottle-free water dispense markets in Europe, with bottled coolers accounting for a small minority of the installed base. Zenith puts the installed base at more than 65,000 units at the end of 2025, covering bottled water dispensers (BWD), point-of-use (POU) coolers and integrated tap systems (ITS).
The bottled dispenser base fell by more than 6% in 2025 and bulk water volume by more than 4%, while POU grew by more than 4% and integrated tap systems by more than 6%. The Swedish water cooler market as a whole grew by more than 3%, with taps now the fastest-moving segment.
Competition is concentrated. Culligan Sweden operates the Eden Springs Sweden and Waterlogic Sweden estates. BE WTR, Water Company AB, Selecta AB, Pan Atlantic and Beans in Cup are active in POU and integrated taps, alongside BRITA and Grohe in taps.
The Zenith Sweden Water Dispense Report sizes every segment by units, volume and revenue from 2020 to 2030, with company-level shares, channel and vertical splits, and rental and bottle pricing.
Zenith Global Commercial's Sweden Water Dispense Data Report 2026 gives detailed quantitative coverage of the country's bottled water dispense (BWD), point of use (POU) and integrated tap systems (ITS) segments. Built from Zenith's own European water dispense database, it sets out market and segment totals with actuals from 2020 to 2025 and forecasts to 2030. Over 30 charts and tables track installed units, growth rates, water volumes, throughput, cancellation rates, BWD-to-POU conversion, machine types, channel distribution, water types and pricing and revenue indicators. Leading operators are charted by installed units and water volume. A data-only edition: bonus Excel sheets plus a PDF of charts, graphs and tables.
